Volunteer Fire Service
Tuition Reimbursement Program

August 12, 2009


The Louisiana State Fireman's Association has been awarded a Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant to provide tuition reimbursement in exchange for service in a volunteer fire or EMS department. Up to $8000 may be awarded for Associate degrees and up to $16,000 may be awarded for Bachelor degrees. For more information visit www.vfdla.org or call 800-FIRE-LINE.
